Terms of Service & Marketplace Agreement

1. Platform Overview & Scope

Dry Lanka is Sri Lanka's premier decentralized marketplace connecting cultivators, processors, and producers of dehydrated agricultural products directly with consumers (B2C) and industrial manufacturers (B2B).

2. Platform Commission & Fee Structure

• 5% Standard Platform Commission: Calculated solely on the product subtotal for completed and delivered orders.
• 0% Commission on Shipping: All courier delivery charges collected from buyers are 100% credited to the shipping vendor.
• Rs. 1,000 Negative Credit Allowance: Vendors can receive and fulfill customer orders up to a negative balance of Rs. -1,000 before commission top-up is mandatory.

3. Vendor Classification & Product Listing

• Unverified Vendors: Permitted to list raw materials, bulk agricultural spices, and dried supplies on the Producer B2B Hub.
• BR-Verified Vendors: Eligible to list packaged finished consumer goods on the Main Retail Marketplace upon administrative verification of Business Registration.

4. Fulfillment, Cash on Delivery & Returns

Vendors are solely responsible for packing and dispatching orders via their selected courier partner. In the event of a failed delivery (Return to Sender / RTS), the vendor may upload the courier waybill to claim a 100% refund of the debited commission.
